Mr McCosker, presented the petition of Eliza Harman,
praying to be restored to the pension rolls.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pen-
sions.

The petition of Thomas 8. Charles, John W. Randolph,
and one hundred and ninety others, against the repeal of the
Charter of the Broad way Ferry Company.
Which was road and referred to the Committee on Cor-
poration s.
Mr. Franklin, presented the petition of John Corbin, and
thirty-four citizens of Coston's District, in Worcester county,
praying the appointment of an additional Constable in said
district.
Which was read and referred Messrs. Franklin, Parker
and Johnson.
Mr. Scott, presented the petition of C. O. Hyatt, and
twenty-four others, of Prince George's county, in favor of'
retrenchment and reform.
Which was read and referred to the Prince George's dele-
gation.
Mr. Litzenger, presented the petition of citizens of Balti-
more county, fur an appropriation from the Baltimore County
Almhouse fund, for a railway from N. C. R. B., to Tow-sontown.
Which was read and referred to the Baltimore county dele-
gation.
Mr. McColgan, presented the petition of John H. Reddish,
and others, mechanics and material men, that they may be
paid the balance due them on account of the oyster police
boat, Leila.
Which was read and referred to1 the Committee on Claims.
Mr. Mills presented the petition of Wm. R. Thompson, a
soldier of the war of 1812, asking for a pension.
Also,
The petition of Ann Tydings and Elizabeth Wason,
widows of soldiers of the war of 1812, asking to have their
names placed upon the pension rolls of the State.
