An Act to repeal section 39, of Article XV. of the Code
of Public Local Laws, entitled "Montgomery County," re-
lating to Justices of the Peace and Constables, in said
county, and to re-enact the same so as to read as follows.
An Act to alter and amend sections 193, 194, 195, 196,
197. 198 and 199 of Article I. of the Supplement to the Code
of Public Local Laws, under the head of Allegany county,
relating to birds, and to re-enact the same with amendments
so as to read respectively, as follows.
An Act regulating fences in Wicomico county.
An Act to authorize and empower the Boards of County
Commissioners of Baltimore and Harford counties, at the joint
expense of said counties, to build a bridge over the Little
Gunpowder river, at or near Joshua B. Green's ford-
The hour having arrived for taking up the order of the day,
the House" proceeded to the consideration of the unfinished
business of yesterday, being
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 82, 83, 84, 85,
87 and 89 as amended by the Act of 1862, chapter 55 and
section 94 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick
county, relating to the Mayor, Aldermen and Common Coun-
cil of Frederick City, and re-enact substitutes therefor.
Said bill being "upon a second reading,
On motion of Mr. dark, of Baltimore City,
The farther consideration thereof was informally postponed
On motion of Mr. dark, of Baltimore City,
The House then proceeded to the consideration of the bill,
entitled an Act to repeal section 2 of Article LXIV. of the
Code of Public General Laws relating to Mortgages, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
Said bill being upon a third reading,
The bill was then read a third time, and passed by yeas
-and nays. as follows :
