Said resolution was then sent to the Senate.
The following Acts, having passed both Branches of the
General Assembly, were this day submitted to his Excel-
lency, the Governor, for his approval:
An Act to repeal certain sections of, and amend the
charter of the Old Town Savings' Institution of Balti-
more, as contained in the Act, entitled an Act to incorpo-
rate the Old Town Savings' Institution of Baltimore, passed
at January Session, 1858, and repeal an Act passed at Janu-
ary Session, 1860, entitled an Act to amend an Act to incor-
porate the Old Town Savings' Institution of Baltimore, past-
ed at January Session, 1858, and to re-enact parts of the same
with amendments, and to change the name of said body cor-
porate, to the Old Town Bank of Baltimore.
An Act to repeal the 5th section of an Act entitled an Act
to incorporate the Western Avenue Company, passed Janu-
ary Session, 1860, chapter 112, and to enact the following in
lieu thereof.
An Act authorizing the County Commissioners for Fred-
erick county to subscribe to the capital stock of the Liberty *
Turnpike Road Company of Frederick county.
An Act to amend the charter of the Manor Mining and
Manufacturing Company, passed January Session, 1853,
chapter 166.
An Act to complete the "Worcester and Somerset Railroad."
