whom was referred the Joint Resolution directing the Li-
brarian to present to the Maryland Historical Society, on be-
half of the State, the books and documents in the Resolu-
tions named, provided said books and documents are now in
the Library, and duplicates are retained,
Reported back the same without amendment.
, The said resolution was then read a second time, and
