of money for services rendered in said warehouse,
amounting in the aggregate to the sum of five hundred and seventy three dollars and eighty two cents,
and which appears in the report of the said Inspec-
tor to the Comptroller, and it is right therefore that
said sums should be paid; therefore,
SECTION 1. -Be it enacted by the. General Assembly of
Maryland, That, L Hit- Comptroller be and lie is hereby
authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon
the Treasurer, directing him to pay to the several
persons holding certificates of indebtedness from said
Inspector, the amounts of said certificates respect-
ively, not exceeding in the aggregate the amount of
five hundred and seventy-three dollars and eighty-
two cents.
SEC. 2. And he it enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 333.
AN ACT to pay to Charles W. Rankin the balance
of pension due to Sarah Wells.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by tfie General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be
and he is hereby authorized to issue his warrant
upon the Treasurer to pay to the Reverend Charles
W. Ranskin, the sum of thirty-three dollars and
twenty cents, being the balance of pension due to
Sarah Wells, a State pensioner, at the time of her
death.
SEC. 2. And he it enacted. That the sum of thirty-
three dollars and twenty cents is hereby appro-
priated to pay the same.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
