Son, for seal and press furnished for the use of the Comptroller's office, one hundred and twenty-seven
dollars; to Michael and Brother, for carpets and oil-
cloths furnished for the House of Delegates and
Speaker's room, eight hundred and thirty-two dollars
and twenty-one cents; to James E. Tate, for sun-
dries furnished for the use of the Senate and House
of Delegates, one hundred and ten dollars and twenty
cents; to Sprigg Harwood, Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Anne Arundel county, for fees in State
cases, fifty-nine dollars and eighty-five cents; to
Samuel Stewart, for work done and materials fur-
nished for repairs to the heating apparatus of the
State House, forty-six dollars and sixty-five cents; to Wheelwright, Mudge and Company, for balance due
them on paper furnished for volumes twenty-five,
twenty-six, and twenty-seven of the Maryland Re-
ports, sixty dollars; to John A. Dunbar, late Collec-
tor of Saint Mary's County, for taxes overpaid, as
per certificate of the Comptroller, four dollars and
thirty-one cents; and to Mrs. Maria L. Bigger, of
Worchester county, for taxes overpaid, sixteen dollars
and fifty-seven cents.
SEC. 2. And he it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 332.
AN ACT tor the relief of persons employed in
Tobacco Warehouse, number two, under B. Alien
Welch, late Inspector of said warehouse.
WHEREAS, it is represented to this General Assem-
bly, that there is due and unpaid to the persons who
were employed in Tobacco Warehouse, number two,
under B. Alien Welch, late Inspector, various sums.
