9 of the Act of Assembly, 1868, chapter 368, entitled an Act
to incorporate the St. Martin's Inlet and Navigation Com-
pany, and to re-enact the same with amendments, BO as to
read as follows.

A bill, entitled an Act to incorporate the Lubricating Oar
Axle Company of Baltimore.

A bill, entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at Janu-
ary Session, 1868, chapter 266, entitled a supplement to the

tled an Act to revise and extend an Act to incorporate the
Wicomico and Pocomoke Railroad Company, with amend-ments, passed December Session, 1847, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

'January Session, 1864, chapter 381, entitled an Act to in-
corporate the Merchants' and Mechanics'' Fire Insurance
Company of Baltimore.

A bill, entitled an Act giving the sanction of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the bequest of a legacy in the last
