CHAPTER 180.
AN ACT to repeal section forty-two, of article three,
of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore county,
title Circuit Court, and to re-enact the same with
an amendment.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section forty-two, of article three,
of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore county, title
Circuit Court, he and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, so as to read as
follows:
SEC. 42. There shall he four terms of the Circuit
Court for Baltimore county, held at Towsontown, in
said county, commencing respectively on the first
Monday in March, the third Monday in May, the
second Monday in September, and the first Monday
in December. '
SEC. 2. And, be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 181.
AN ACT to repeal section twenty-one, of article
seven, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
Carroll county, sub-title Justices of the Peace and
Constables, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section twenty-one, of article seven,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled Carroll
county, sub-title Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables, be and the same is hereby repealed and.
re-enacted so as to read as follows:
