SEC. 21. There shall be the following number of
Justices of the Peace and Constables for Carroll
county: for Election District number one, three
Justices of the Peace and two Constables; for

Justices of the Peace and two Constables; for
Election District number five, four Justices of the

one Constable; for Election District number nine,

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
