and established out of portions of New Market Dis-
trict number nine and Liberty District number eight
of Frederick county, the said district to be known
and called by the name of Woodville District, or
Election District number eighteen.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That the boundaries of
said district shall be as follows, to wit: Commencing
at the junction of the Buffalo Road and Tabot's
Branch; thence running with said branch to the
crossing of the Unionville and Linganore Public
Road; thence with said road to the old Annapolis
Road; thence with said Annapolis Road to the in-
tersection of the New Market Road; thence with
said road to Forrest Grove School House; thence
with a straight line to the reservoir on the Baltimore
and Ohio Railroad known as number thirteen; thence
to the tobacco house on the Kemptown Road, form-
erly owned by Brook Buckstone; thence with the
Kemptown Road to Penn's shop on the Buffalo
Road; thence with the Buffalo Road to the place
of beginning; the territory included within these
boundaries to be known by the name of Woodville
District, or Election District number eighteen, as
aforesaid.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That the place of holding
elections in said Woodville District, or Election Dis-
trict number eighteen, shall be Woodville.
SEC. 4. And be. it enacted. That there shall be ap-
pointed by the proper authority two Justices of the
Peace and two Constables for the said Woodville
District, or Election District number eighteen.
SEC. 5. And be. it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
