A bill, entitled an Act making sundry appropriations for
the support of the government for the year ending first day
of January, '1873.
Which was read a first, time, and
On motion of Mr. Stone,
The bill was made the order of the day for Thursday next,
8th instant.

8th instant.
The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following message:
BY THE SENATE,
February 6, 1872.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :
We have to request of your Honorable Body the return of
Senate bill, (No. 7, printed,) entitled an Act to repeal the
41st, 42d and 43d sections of Article LVI. of the Code of
Public General Laws, relating to licenses, that we may give
said bill further consideration.

Mr. Stone, Chairman of the Committee on Ways and
Means, to whom was referred
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 41, 42
and 43 of Article LVI. of the Code of Public General Laws
relating to license, and re-enact the same with amendments,
and also to add additional sections to said Article,
Reported back the same without amendments.
Also, submitted the following message:
