Also, favorably, A bill, entitled an Act making sundry appropriations for the support of the government for the year ending the first day of January, 1874. Which was read a first time, and On motion of Mr. Stone, The bill was made the order of the day for Thursday next, 8th instant. The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following message: BY THE SENATE, February 6, 1872. Gentlemen of the House of Delegates : We have to request of your Honorable Body the return of Senate bill, (No. 7, printed,) entitled an Act to repeal the 41st, 42d and 43d sections of Article LVI. of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to licenses, that we may give said bill further consideration. ^ By order, AUGUSTUS GASSAWAY, Secretary. Which was read. Mr. Stone, Chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means, to whom was referred The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 41, 42 and 43 of Article LVI. of the Code of Public General Laws relating to license, and re-enact the same with amendments, and also to add additional sections to said Article, Reported back the same without amendments.
