CHAPTER 127.
AN ACT to repeal section ninety-seven, of article
eighty-one, of Public General Laws, entitled " Rev-
enue and Taxes," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section ninety-seven of article eighty-
one of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
revenue and taxes, be and the same is hereby
repealed, and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
SEC. 97. The President or other proper officer of
the banks and other incorporated institutions in the
several counties and the City of Baltimore, shall fur-
nish annually, on the first day of January, to the
County Commissioners or Appeal Tax Court of each
county or city in which any of its stockholders may
reside, a list of the said stockholders so far as their
place of residence may be known, to such officer,
together with the amount of stock held by each.

CHAPTER 128.
AN ACT to repeal section twenty-two, of article
forty-one, of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled " Fish and Fisheries," under the head of
lt Patuxent," regulating the right of fishing in the
Patuxent River and its tributaries, and re-enact the
same to read as follows:
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland That section twenty-two, of article forty-
one, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
" Fish and Fisheries," under the head of " Patuxent,"
be repealed, and re-enacted so as to read as follows;
