the Treasurer to pay to John Baggs, Clerk of the
Circuit Court for Talbot county, out of any money
not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred
and ninety-one dollars and twenty-four cents, being
for commissions on money collected for the State.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 113.
AN ACT giving the sanction of the Genera] Assem-
bly of Maryland to certain legacies bequeathed by
the last will and testament of George Williams,
(colored) late of Frederick county, deceased, to the
trustees of the Asbury African Methodist Epis-
copal Church, in Frederick city, Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sanction of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, be and the same is hereby given to
the bequests in the last will and testament of George
Williams, late of Frederick county, deceased, to the
trustees of the Asbury African Methodist Episcopal
('Church, in Frederick city, Maryland.
