CHAPTER 114.
AN ACT to exempt from city taxation the real and
personal property of the Improved Order of Red
Men, of Baltimore city.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by tax! ie General Assembly of
Maryland, That the real and personal property of the
Improved Order of Red Men, in the City of Balti-
more, be and the same is hereby exempted from city
taxation.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 115).
AN ACT appropriating a sum of money to pay
Alfred J. Mobray, late collector of taxes in Dor-
chester county, the amount overpaid by him into
the Treasury.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Men/land, That the Comptroller be and he is hereby
authorized and directed, to issue his warrant upon
the Treasurer to pay to Alfred J. Mobray, of Dor-
chester county, the hum of thirty-eight dollars and
sixty-eight cents, being the amount overpaid by him
into the Treasury, as collector of taxes for districts
numbers seven and thirteen of said county, as certified to by the Comptroller.
