CHAPTER 111.
AN ACT to change the dividing line between the
first and eighth 'Election Districts of Worcester
county.
SECTION 1. Be, it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the dividing line between the first and
eighth Election Districts of Worcester county shall
run as follows: Beginning on the Pocomoke River at
Cottingham Ferry, and running by and with the
county road leading from said Ferry, to the county
road leading from Snow Hill to Newtown, by way of
Davis' Cross Road, thence by and with the county
road to a place known by the name of " Sheep
House," and thence in a direct course by survey to
the line of the State of Virginia. All voters residing
south and west of said dividing line to vote at New-
town, in the First Election District of Worcester
county, and all voters residing north and east of said
line to vote at Sandy Hill, in the eighth Election
District of Worcester county.
SEC.' 2. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of
Acts inconsistent with this Act, be and the same are
hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 112.
AN" ACT to pay John Baggs, Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Talbot county, a sum of money as com-
missions on money collected for the State.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is hereby
authorized and required to issue his warrant upon
