season for fishing for shad, herring and ale-wives, by
applying to the Clerk of the Circuit Court for the
county where such fishery is [situated, and paying to'
the said Clerk six dollars fherefore, and usual fee for
issuing the same.
SEC. 2. And be if enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 102.
AN ACT to repeal an Act passed at the January
session, eighteen hundred said sixty-eight, chapter
two hundred and sixty-six, entitled '' A supple-
ment to the Act passed at the January session, of
eighteen hundred and sixty-four, chapter one
hundred and sixteen, entitled An Act to revive
and extend an Act to incorporate the Wicomico'
and Pocomoke railroad Company, with amend-
ment, passed at the December) session, of eighteen
hundred and forty-seven," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it: enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland That the Act passed at the January ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, chapter two
hundred and sixty-six, entitled a supplement to the
Act passed at the January session, of eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-four, chapter one hundred and sixteen,
entitled an Act to incorporate the Wicomico and
Pocomoke Railroad Company, with amendments,
passed at December session, eighteen hundred and
forty-seven, be and the same is hereby repealed.
S.EC. 2. Be it enacted. That the President and Di-
rectors of the Wicomico and Pocomoke Railroad
Company, or a majority of them, be and they are
