CHAPTER 92.
AN ACT to repeal sections fifty-four and sixty-four
of article fifteen, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
entitled " Montgomery county," sub-titled " Rock-
ville," and section fifty-five, of the. Acts of eighteen
'hundred and seventy, chapter one hundred and
: seventy, entitled an Act to repeal sections fifty-
five, fifty-six, fifty-seven, fifty-eight, sixty, sixty-
five and seventy-three, of article fifteen, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled Montgomery
county, sub-title Rockville, and re-enact the same
with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Mart/land, That sections fifty-four and sixty-four, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled " Mont-
gomery county," sub-title "Rockville," and section
fifty-five, of the Act of eighteen hundred and seventy,
chapter one hundred and seventy, entitled an Act to
repeal sections fifty-five, fifty-six, fifty-seven, fifty-
eight, sixty, sixty-five, and seventy-three, of article
fifteen, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Montgomery county," sub-title " Rockville," be
and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted
"with amendments as follows:
SEC. 54. The limits of said town shall be as now
fixed by the boundaries, survey, plat and certificate
thereof adopted by said commissioners for Rockville,
and now of record among the records of said cor-
poration, and in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
