SEC. 2. And 'be it enacted, That the said commis-.
sioners shall make a return of all their proceedings1
to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Allegany county,
under oath, to "be recorded in the said Clerk's office,
at the expense of said county, and paid as county
charges and levies sire paid
SEC. §. And be it enacted. That in case of death,
resignation, removal from the county, or refusal to
act of any of the commissioners named in this Act,
the Board of 'Comity Commissioners shall fill such
vacancy.
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That the commissioners
herein appointed shall be allowed such compensa-
tion for their services as the Commissioners of Alle-
gany county may deem reasonable, not exceeding
three dollars per day, for every day they shall neces-
sarily be engaged in the discharge of the duties
required 'by this Act.
SEC. 5. And he it enacted. That this Act shall take:
effect from the date of its passage.

'CHAPTER 80.
AN ACT to repeal sections one and four of an Act
to amend the charter of the " Green Spring Ave-
nue Company," passed January session, eighteen
hundred and sixty-four, and to re-enact the same
with amendments so as to read as follows:
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections one and four of an Act to
amend the charter of the Green Spring Avenue
'Company, passed January session, eighteen hundred
and sixty-four, be and the same are hereby repealed
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
