CHAPTER 75.
AN ACT to repeal section ninety, of article ten, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Dorchester
county," sub-title " Elections, Justices of the
Peace and Constables," and re-enact the same so
as to read as follows:
SUCTION 1. -Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section ninety, of article ten, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title " Dorchester coun-
ty," sub-title " Elections, Justices of the Peace, and
Constables," be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:
SEC. 90. Be it enacted, That the district called four-
teen, or Holland's Island district, formed from all
that part of number ten, or Straight's district, lying
south of Hooper's Straights, in Dorchester county, is
hereby reannexed and consolidated into a part and
portion of election district number ten, or Straight's
district.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take
effect from the date of it passage.

CHAPTER 76.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the County
Commissioners of Montgomery county, to make
certain improvements upon the Court House
buildings of said county, in Rockville, and to levy
a tax upon the assessable property of said county,
to pay the cost thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Mont-
gomery county be and they are hereby authorized
