CHAPTER 73.
AX ACT to give the sanction of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland to a deed from William S. Keech,
Trustee, to the Trustees of the Chestnut Grove
Presbyterian Church, in Baltimore county.
WHEREAS, William S. Keech, as Trustee for the
sale of certain real estate, did convey by deed dated
the second day of November, eighteen hundred and
seventy, and recorded in " Liber E. H. A." No.
thirty-seven, folio seventy-six, one of the Land Re-
cords of the Circuit Court of -Baltimore county, to
Samuel M. Rankin, and others, Trustees of the
Chestnut Grove Presbyterian Church, in Baltimore
county, all that parcel of land particularly described
in said deed containing fifteen acres, three rods and
fourteen perches, for the use and benefit of said
Church; therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sanction of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland is hereby given to a deed of convey-
ance from William 8. Keech, Trustee, to Samuel M.
Rankin, and others, Trustees of the Chestnut Grove
Presbyterian Church, in Baltimore county, and the
parties therein named and their successors in office
shall be forever entitled to hold said land for the use
of said Church.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That this. Act shall take
effect from the day of its passage.
