CHAPTER 56"
A Supplement to an Act, entitled " an Act to incor-
porate the Hillen Road Company, of Baltimore
county," passed at January session, eighteen
hundred and fifty-four, chapter ninety-nine; and
supplements thereto passed at January session,
eighteen hundred and sixty, chapter fifty-one, and
at January session, eighteen hundred and sixty-
seven, chapter two hundred and fourteen.
WHEREAS, The road authorized to be constructed
by the Act and supplements to which this is a sup-
plement, cannot he made and completed without the
aid of additional legislation, therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the corporation known by the name
and style of " The Hillen Road Company, of Balti-
more county," created by an Act of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at January session,
eighteen hundred and fifty-four, chapter ninety-nine,
and affirmed by several supplements thereto, is
hereby confirmed and established in all the rights,
franchises, privileges and immunities granted to said
corporation, by said Act and the several supplements
thereto. That said Hillen Road Company, of Balti-
more comity, shall Butter no disadvantages or diminu-
tion of the rights, powers, privileges and franchises
