the Governor, the aforegoing nomination.
On motion by Mr. Stephenson,
The Senate resumed Legislative business.

from his Excellency, Governor Whyte, were read :

Gentlemen of the Senate of Maryland :
I have the honor to nominate Samuel T. Earle, to be Judge
of the Orphans' Court for Queen Anne's county, in the place
of Walter K. White resigned.

On motion by Mr. Earle,
The Senate advised and consented to the aforegoing nomi-
nation.
