"894 EXECUTIVE PROCEEDINGS STATE OF MARYLAND, EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, Annapolis, February 28, 1872. Gentlemen of the Senate of Maryland : I have the honor to nominate Charles E. Phelps and Fran- cis T. King, of Baltimore City, as Managers, to represent the State in the "House of Reformation and Instruction for Col- ored Children." WM. PINKNEY WHYTE. On motion by Mr. Blake, The Senate advised and consented to the aforegoing nominations. On motion by Mr. Blake, The Senate resumed the consideration of Legislative busi- ness. FRIDAY, March 1, 1872.
