Mr. McColgan presented the petition of George Robinson, Clerk of the Superior Court, in relation to Indexing Records, et cetera. Which was read and referred to Messrs. McColgan, Trav-ers and McCosker. Mr. Shipley presented the petition of Achsah Owings, widow of Henry Owings, a soldier of the war of 1812, ask- ing for a pension. Which was read and referred to the Committee on Pen- sions, hereafter to be appointed. Mr. Cooper submitted the following order : Ordered, That the Hall Keeper be directed to hoist the National flag from the dome of the State House during the Session of the General Assembly, and lower the same when the Houses adjourn. Which was adopted. Mr. Smith submitted the following order : Ordered, That no bill shall have a second reading which |
