Mr. Riggs, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported. favorably, A bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 54 and 64 of" Article XV., of The Code of Public Local Laws, entitled; "Montgomery County," sub-title "Rockville;" and section 55 of the Acts of 1870, chapter 170, entitled an Act to repeal. sections 55, 56, 57, 58, 60, 65 and 73 of Article XV. of th& Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Montgomery County,"' sub-title "Rockville," and re-enact the same with amend- ments. Which was read a first time. Mr. Streett, from the Committee on the Judiciary, reported favorably, A bill, entitled an Act to give the sanction of the General Assembly of Mar) land to a deed from William S. Keech, Trustee, to the Trustees of the Chestnut Grove Presbyterian. Church, in Baltimore county. Which was read a first time. Mr. Smith, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported, favorably, A bill, entitled an Act to repeal chapter 60, of the Laws of January Session, 1864, relating to Dorchester county. Which was read a first time. Mr. Langrell, from a Select Committee, reported favora- bly, A bill, entitled an Act- to authorize Louisa M Rial to" settle her account as guardian to Albert Rial, ami deliver over the estate to said ward. Which was read a first time. The bill, entitled an Act to provide for maintaining ana. keeping in repair the Public Roads in Wicomico county, Being upon a second reading, On motion of Mr. Langrell, The enacting clause was stricken out |
