The House bill, entitled an Act to enable the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore to subscribe to the amount of
seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars to the capital stock
of the Maryland Central Railroad Company, in the State of
Maryland, and a loan to pay such subscription,
Endorsed,"Reported unfavorably from a Select Committee and the report adopted."
Mr. Riggs, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported.

A bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 54 and 64 of"
Article XV., of The Code of Public Local Laws, entitled;
"Montgomery County," sub-title "Rockville;" and section
55 of the Acts of 1870, chapter 170, entitled an Act to repeal.

Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Montgomery County,"'
sub-title "Rockville," and re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
