856 EXECUTIVE PROCEEDINGS On motion by Mr. Tuck, The Senate resumed the consideration of Legislative busi- ness. JANUARY 16, 1872. The following communication which had been received from His Excellency, Governor Whyte was read : STATE OF MARYLAND, EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, Annapolis, January 16, 1872. Gentlemen of the Senate of Maryland: I nominate William H. Myers, of Washington county, as Justice of the Peace, for District No. 10 of said county, in the place of Morgan H. dark, resigned. I also nominate Alburtis Iseminger, of Washington county, as Justice of the Peace for District No. 10 of said county, in the place of B. F. Keller, resigned. WM. PINKNEY WHYTE. On motion by Mr. Claggett, The Senate advised and consented to the aforegoing nomi- nations. On motion by Mr. Claggett, The Senate resumed the consideration of Legislative busi- ness.
