On motion by Mr. Henry, (the rules were suspended,) so
as to give a third reading this day to the House bill entitled
an Act to enable the qualified voters of Election District No.
8, of Dorchester county, to determine by ballot whether
spirituous or fermented liquors shall be sold in said District,
or a license granted for the same, as follows :
