The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of
the Baltimore General Dispensary.
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to prevent incompetent
persons from conducting business as Pharmacists, or vending
at retail drugs, medicines or chemicals for medicinal use in
the City of Baltimore, and repealing the Act entitled an Act
to prevent incompetent persons from conducting the business
of Druggist or Apothecary in the City of Baltimore, passed
January, 1870, chapter 104. .
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,
The Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
for the establishment of a school in Caroline county, passed
at November Session, 1798, chapter 33.

uary Session, 1870, chapter 99, entitled an Act to lay off
streets in Baltimore county, adjoining Baltimore City, and
to repeal certain Acts inconsistent therewith, and to re-enact
the same with amendments.
