On motion of Mr. Williams, (the rules were suspended,) -BO as to give a third reading this day to the House bill enti- tled an Act to repeal section 2, of Article XXX. of the Code of Public General Laws, title ' 'Crimes and Punish- ments," sub-title "Defaulters," added to said Article, by an Act entitled an Act to Kidd an additional section to Article XXX. of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Crimea and Punishments," approved April 4th, 1870, and to re-en- act the same with amendments, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President. Henry, Blake, Longwell, Compton, Miller, Carroll, Spates, Crawford, Sellman, Claggett, Spencer, Den son, Steiner, Downs, Wilson, Earle, Williams—18. NEGATIVE—None.
