By order, Augustus GASSAWAY, Secretary. Which was assented to and sent to the House of Delegates. Also, returned The Senate bill entitled an Act to change the name of "Sandy Hill District in Worcester county. Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays, with amendments." The amendments were concurred in, and the bill passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Jump, Blake, Longwell, Compton, Spates, Carroll, Bellman, Claggett, Spencer, Denson, Timmons, Downs, Tuck, Earle, Wilson, Fields, Williams—19. Henry, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the Senate. The House bill entitled an Act to give the sanction of the General Assembly to the Vestry of the Church at Upper Marlboro', Prince George's county, to the holding of a lot of ground containing eighteen acres for a parsonage, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE.
