The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliv- ered the following message : BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES, March 30, 1872. Gentlemen of the Senate: We herewith return House bill which had but two read- ings in the House of Delegates before it was sent over to your Honorable Body, the second reading being had thereof, on March 20th, 1872, and endorsed on bill through error, as "read a third time and passed by yeas and nays." The House has given the bill a third reading this day, and passed the same by yeas and nays. We respectfully ask your Honorable Body to pass the said bill again. By order, MILTON Y.
