Henry, Also, submitted the following : Page 2, sub-section 2, strike out "employ a competent surveyor, who shall survey she bounds of each of said ten wards of said City, as laid off by said Commissioners, or a majority of them, and ho shall," from the word "shall," in line 1, to the word "make," in line 3. Page 2, sub-section 2, strike out "under the direction of the said Commissioners, or a majority of them," in line 5. Page 3, sub-section 4, strike out "and the compensation of the surveyor by them employed shall be such as shall be agreed upon between said Commissioners, or a majority of them, and the said surveyor," from the word "City," in line 3, to the second "and," in line 5. "Page 3, sub-section 4, strike out "and surveyor," at the beginning of the line. Which were rejected- Also, submitted the following : Page 7, sub-section 4, line 14, strike out the words, "the third Monday," after the word "on," and insert in lieu thereof, the words "Monday and Tuesday in the third week." Page 7, sub-section 4, line 16, substitute "days," for "day." Page 9, sub-section 6, line 6, substitute "them," for "it." Which were rejected.
