238 JOURNAL (OF PROCEEDINGS [Feb. I,
counties, at the joint expense of said counties, to build a
bridge over the Little Gunpowder river, at or near Joshua
R. Green's ford.
Also,
The bill, entitled an act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to issue the bonds of said City to an
amount not exceeding two hundred thousand dollars, as pro-
vided by an ordinance of the said Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore, entitled an ordinance for the extension of Patter-
sons Park, approved June 23, 1871.
Also,
The bill, entitled an Act to alter and amend sections 193,
194, 195, 196, 197, 198 and 199, of Article I. of the supple-
ment to the Code of Public Local Laws, under the head of
Allegany County, relating to Birds, and to re-enact the same
with amendments, so as to read respectively as follows.
Also,
The bill, entitled an Act to complete the Worcester and
Somerset Railroad.
The house then proceeded to the consideration of the second
order of the day, being,
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to provide for the repair
and improvement of the public roads in Calvert county.
Said bill being upon a third reading,
On motion of Mr. Sparrow,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and th&
bill made the order of the day for Thursday, 8th inst.
On motion of Mr. McColgan,
At 2 1/2 o'clock, P. M., the House adjourned.
