To the Honorable the General Assembly of Maryland : On the part of the Committee of Conference of the Senate and House of Delegates, appointed to consider the action of the Senate on the House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct the Attorney General to institute proceedings to forfeit the charter of the Baltimore and Harford Turnpike Company. the undersigned respectfully report, that the Joint Committee have had under consideration the subject referred to; they recommend that the Senate reconsider the vote by which the bill was lost, and further recommend the passage of the bill.
