1872. OF THE SENATE. 767 The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Judges of the Circuit Court for Allegany county, to grant a bill of re- view in the case of Henry J. McNamee vs. his creditors, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Earle, Blake, Fields, Compton, Longwell, Carroll, Sellman, Crawford, Spencer, Denson, Steiner, Downs, Timmons, Dennis, Wilson—16. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. Mr. Blake called up the House bill relating to harbors in Baltimore City. Mr. Denson moved a call of the Senate, when the following Senators responded: Messrs. President, Blake, Carroll, Crawford, Claggett, Denson, Downs, Dennis, Fields, Jump, Longwell, Miller, Spates, Spencer, Steiner, Tuck, Wilson, Williams—18. The Sergeant-at-Arms was sent to notify absent members that their presence was required. On motion by Mr. Denson, Further proceedings under the call were dispensed with. Said bill was then read the third time and rejected by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. Blake, Downs—2. NEGATIVE. Messrs. President, Jump, Carroll, Longwell, Crawford, Miller, Claggett, Spates, Denson, Spencer, Dennis, Steiner, Earle, Wilson, Fields, Williams—16. Said bill was then returned to the Home of Delegates.
