The House bill entitled an Act to prohibit the sale or gifts of any intoxicating liquors in Tyaskin District, being Dis- trict No. 3, of Wicomico county, except in certain cases therein provided, Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Blake, Spates, Carroll, Spencer, Crawford, Steiner, Claggett, Tuck, Denson, Wilson, Downs, Williams—IS. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. The House bill entitled an Act to make valid and to carry into effect the bequest contained in the last will and testa- ment of Isaac Sterling, late of Somerset county, deceased, in favor of the Trustees of Asbury Methodist Episcopal Church near Crisfield, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Dennis, Blake, Longwell, Compton, Spates, Carroll, Spencer, Crawford, Steiner, Claggett, Wilson, Denson, Williams—15- Downs, NEGATIVE—Mr. Jump—1.
