Under head of "Militia," strike out "twenty-five," and
Insert "ten."

Mr. Blake moved to reconsider the vote by which the
-amendment making the appropriation to St. Edward's School
was adopted,
Which was adopted.
Mr. Blake submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Under head of "Baltimore City," strike out:
"To the Reverned Edward Brennan, for the Use of St.
Edward's Academy, in the City of Cumberland, to be ap-
plied for the support and education of free scholars of said
Academy, the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars."
