Gentlemen of the Senate : We have received your message asking the appointment of a Committee of Conference, to take into consideration the unfavorable report of a bill to appropriate twenty-five hun- dred dollars to the " Maryland Eye and Ear Institute," and agree thereto. We have appointed on the part of the House Messrs. Spen- cer, Stone and Hardcastle. By order, MILTON Y. KIDD, Chief Clerk. Also, the following: BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES, March 30, 1872. Gentlemen of the Senate : We respectfully ask that your Honorably Body will recall from this House printed bill No. 26, entitled an " Act to re- peal sections 25 and 26 of Article XVI., of the Public Gen- eral Laws, relating to Chancery, and to re-enact the same with amendments."
