On motion by Mr. Carroll, it was
Ordered, That when the Senate adjourns, it adjourns to
meet again at 8 o'clock this evening.
Which was adopted.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 143, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Chancery," sub-title
"Testimony and Witnesses," and to re-enact the same is an
amended form,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows :
