The House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 69 and
"70, of Article II., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
Allegany County," sub-title "finances,"
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

Downs, Tuck,

NEGATIVE—None.
Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
The Senate bill to authorize the Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore, to provide for laying out and opening North
Avenue,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows :

'to appoint a Commissioner to examine the fisheries of the
State, with a view to their protection and improvement, to
confer with the Fishery Commissioners of other States, and

a sum of money to defray his expenses,
