Messrs. President, Stephenson, Blake, Spates, Carroll, Steiner, Claggett, ' Timmons, Downs, Tuck, Earle, Williams—18. Henry, ' NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. The Senate bill to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, to provide for laying out and opening North Avenue, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Stephenson, Blake, Spates, Carroll, Steiner, Claggett, Timmons, Downs, Tuck, Earle, Williams—13. Henry, NEGATIVE—None 'Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
