The House Joint Resolution in relation to the Interna- tional Steamship Company, Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and. nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Fields, Compton, Henry, Crawford, Bellman, Claggett, Timmons, Downs, Tuck, Dennis, Wilson, Earle, Williams—14. NEGATIVE. Messrs. Blake, Jump—2. Said resolution was then returned to the House of Dele- gates. The House Joint Resolution to authorize and direct the Comptroller and State's Attorney of Dorchester county, to stay all proceedings in a suit now pending against Charles B. Frazier, in the Circuit Court of said county, to recover a bounty of one hundred dollars erroneously paid by him, Was read the third time and rejected by yeas and nays, as follows: NEGATIVE. Messrs. President, Jump, Blake, Longwell, Compton, Stephenson, Carroll, Spates, Crawford, Sellman, Downs, Spencer, Dennis, Timmons,. Earle, Williams—17, Fields, AFFIRMATIVE—None.
