722 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 30, The House bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act entitled an Act to provide for maintaining and keeping in repair the public roads of Prince George's county, and to re-enact the same with amendments and to add additional sections thereto. Which was read the second time. Mr. Blake, from a Select Committee, reported favorably on The House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 124 of Article XVI. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's County," sub-title "Out Pensions," and to re-enact the same with amendments. Which was read the second time. Also, reported favorably on The House bill entitled an Act for the relief of the Balti- more City Passenger Railway Company. Which was read the second time. Mr. Steiner, from a Select Committee, reported favorably on The House bill entitled an act to authorize the Governor to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace for the Second Election District, and also an additional Justice of the Peace for the Ninth Election District in Frederick county. Which was read the second time. Mr. Spates, from a Select Committee, reported favorably on The House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Loudon Park Cemetery Company of Baltimore county. Which was read the second time. Also, favorably on The House bill entitled an Act authorizing and requiring the Commissioners of Baltimore county, to build a bridge over Gwynn's Falls, at Thompson street, in said county. Which was read the second time. Also, reported favorably on The House bill entitled an Act to legalize and confirm the acts of the County Commissioners of Baltimore county. Which was read the second time. |
