The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorise the sale to the Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad Company, of the State's interest in the Annapolis and Elk Bridge Railroad Company, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Henry, Blake, Longwell, Compton, Spates, Carroll, Sellman, Claggett, Spencer, Downs, Steiner, Dennis, Williams—15. Earle, NEGATIVE—Mr. Stephenson—1. Mr. Fields was excused from voting on said bill. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Mr. Tuck, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings, reported favorably, on The House bill relating to the Local Laws of Baltimore City, sub title cruelty to animals. Which was read the second time.
