substitute therefor, and to repeal section 22, of Article XVI.,
section 99 to 103, of the same Article, and section 33 to 43,
of Article LXXXVIII. of the Code of Public General Laws,
and to re-enact the same so as to read as follows.

The Mouse bill entitled an Act to incorporate the German
American Bank of Baltimore, with the following amendment.
