The House bill entitled an Act for the better protection of partridges in Queen Anne's county, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Blake, Spates. Compton, Sellman, Carroll, Steiner, Denson, Tuck, Davis, Wilson, Downs, Williams—15. Earle, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. Mr. Longwell, from a Select Committee, reported favora- bly, The House bill incorporating Manchester, in Carroll county. Said bill was then read the second time. The Senate bill entitled an Act to add a new section to Article X. of the Code of Public General Laws, title "At- tachments," Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
