The vote by which the bill relating to Agricultural Col-
leges passed the Senate was reconsidered, and,
Said hill laid over.
The House bill entitled an Act for the better protection of
partridges in Queen Anne's county,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
AFFIRMATIVE.
Messrs. President, Longwell,
Blake, Spates.
Compton, Sellman,
Carroll, Steiner,
Denson, Tuck,
Davis, Wilson,
Downs, Williams—15.
Earle,
NEGATIVE—None.
Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
Mr. Longwell, from a Select Committee, reported favora-
bly,
The House bill incorporating Manchester, in Carroll
county.
Said bill was then read the second time.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article X. of the Code of Public General Laws, title "At-
tachments,"
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
