Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
The Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
passed at January Session, 1832, chapter 125, entitled an Act
to incorporate a Company to make a Turnpike Road from
Williamsport to Hagerstown, and an Act passed at Decem-
ber Session, 1833, chapter 267, entitled a supplement to an
Act, entitled an Act to incorporate a Company to make a
Turnpike Road from Williamsport to Hagerstown, passed at
December Session, 1832, chapter 125,
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
Mr. Tuck, from a Select Committee, reported favorably,
The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Anne Arundel county to appropriate a
sum of money to the capital stock of the Annapolis and
North Severn Bridge Company.
Which was read the second time.
The House bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act to amend
Article XVI. of the Code of Public General Laws, by ad-
ding thereto the following section relating to injunctions and
- to enact a substitute therefor,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
