Senate bill, entitled an Act to add a section to Article LVI, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to Licenses. Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. .Blake, Spates, Compton, Sellman, Carroll, Steiner, Davis, Tuck, Earle, Wilson, Longwell, Williams—13. Miller, NEGATIVE. Messrs. Fields, Stephenson—2. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Mr. Tuck, from a Select Committee, to which had been referred, The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal sub-section 1, of section 173, of Article IV., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Courts," and to re-enact the same with amendments, Reported said bill with the following amendments : AMENDMENTS PROPOSED. Amend, title, by inserting between the words "Courts," and the words "and" in the third line, the following words, to wit: "As the said sub-section 1, was adopted by the Act of 1870, chapter 177, entitled an Act to change the jurisdiction of the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City, and re-apportion and enlarge the jurisdiction of the Baltimore City Court, the Su- perior Court of Baltimore City, and the Court of Common Pleas, as provided by section 39, of Article IV., of the Constitution."
