The Senate bill, entitled an Act to provide for establishing a new county from certain election districts of Allegany county, Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Spates, Blake, Sellman, Compton, Spencer, Carroll, Steiner,- Davis, Timmons, Fields, Tuck, Longwell, Wilson, Stephenson, Williams—16. NEGATIVE—Nona. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. The Senate bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Town Commissioners of Newtown, to endorse the bonds of the Wor- cester and Somerset Railroad Company, to the amount of $5,000. Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
