The House bill, entitled an Act to amend the Local Laws
of Baltimore City, enabling the Policemen to receive pay
when sick.
Which was read and referred to the Senators from Balti-
more City.
The House bill, entitled an Act regulating Fences in Emmittsburg District, Frederick county.
Which was read and referred to Messrs. Steiner, Jump and
Davis.
The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 11 and
12, of Article VII. of the Public Local Laws, relating to the
appointment of the Clerk to the County Commissioners of
Carroll County, and to amend and re-enact the same.
Which was read and referred to Messrs. Long well, Miller
and Carroll.
Also, returned
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to add new section* to
Article V- of the Code of Public Local Laws of Calvert
County, sub-title "Conveyancing,"
Endorsed, "Reported unfavorably from a Select Commit-
tee, and the report adopted."
On motion by Mr. Dennis,
