. The House bill, entitled an Act to enable the Judges of the
Circuit Court of Somerset county to make certain recommen-
dations.
Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Den-
nis, Williams and Sellman.
The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 133,134,
135, 136, 137, 138, 139, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145 and
146, of Article X,, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"'Dorchester County," sub-title "East New-Market, and re-
enact the same with amendments, and to add sub-sections.
thereto, to come in after section 146.
Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs-
Henry, Compton and Blake.
The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal certain sections
of Article XVI. of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince
George's county, and certain sections of the Code of Public
' General Laws, entitled " Revenue and Taxes," so far as the
same relates to Prince George's county.
Which was read and referred to the Committee on Finance.
The House bill, entitled an Act to give the tonguemen in
Queen Anne's and Kent counties the right to take or catch
oysters in the waters of either county, on a license to be taken
out in the county in which the tonguemen respectfully reside.
Which was read and referred to Messrs, dark, Spencer and
Williams.
The House bill, entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
Keedysville, in Washington county.
Which was read and referred to Messrs. Claggett, Craw-
ford and Stephenson.
The House bill, entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the Trustees of Salisbury Academy, in Wicomico county, to
sell the property belonging to said. Academy.
Which was read and referred to Messrs. Crawford, Claggett and Stephenson.
The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 109 of
Article XI. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Fred-
erick County," and? to re-enact the same as follows.
Which was read and referred to Messrs. Steiner, Jump and
Davis.
The House bill, entitled an Act for the protection of, and
to regulate the time and manner of catching and taking terra-
